Founded in 2008, Smart Staff Ltd. is a Hungarian human resources consulting firm with a primary focus on providing executive recruitment services to media companies, especially in the field of sales, marketing and business development. In three years, we have completed 20 executive searches on the Hungarian media market, from which 18 were successful. In parallel, we have successfully completed 10 job intermediations as well. To identify and recruit the best candidates, we combine a careful review of our extensive proprietary database with original research that is specific to the needs and desires of each client’s assignments.
